Pursue health with passion! Why not take charge of your health by making it a goal to slow down, learn something each week about how your body functions, take time to try different forms of massage and body work, or exercise. Set and achieve your own healthy goals! When setting those goals, keep in mind that it is important to:
Measure your success. Keep going if you fail - simply remind yourself of your goal and continue in that direction. Set goals for one to four weeks - once you make a change that lasts for four weeks, it will become a part of your life and be easier to maintain. Plan to succeed - plan what you are going to eat, how you are going to exercise, when to have your meditation and quite time, etc. Never set goals that you cannot attain.
When you achieve a goal, build on your success. Work with a friend to remind yourself to do the little things that will make a big difference in your health. You will find the pursuit of health rewarding, not just for yourself, but also for your friends and loved ones, who will be inspired by your example to make positive changes in their own lives.
