Premier Mortgage Lending is a locally owned Las Vegas-based mortgage company. While our main office is in the City of Las Vegas, Senior Loan Officer Dianna Herra has been a resident of Boulder City since 2003. Her Loan Processor, Darla DeBord – is also a Boulder City resident.
Premier Mortgage Lending was formed in 2010, and while this company is relatively new – that’s the only thing that’s new about us! Owner Rick Piette has been a veteran of the local mortgage industry for over twenty-five years and Operations Manager Andrea Hall has been in the industry and in management for nearly twenty years.
Our mortgage company offers a full line of lending products including FHA, VA, and conventional loans. And, due to our business structure, we offer ultra-competitive interest rates without all the high fees normally associated with a mortgage loan transaction. We also process all loans in-house, giving you direct contact with your Loan Processor. Premier Mortgage Lending is also the home of “2nd Chance Financing.” This unique product puts people back into homes immediately after losing a home in short sale or foreclosure. Owner Rick Piette says, “If we are going to get our economy going again, we have to get Nevadans back into homes. Premier’s Another Chance Nevada home loan program does just that.”
