Artists showing work at the Boulder City Art Guild now have on display holiday greeting cards that are reproductions of original paintings. There is a wide variety of cards from scenic to original verse and holiday scenes. Also available are one of-a-kind cards.

Unique cards made by the students studying with Robin Kariam at the ABC Art Center will be on display at the Boulder Dam Credit Union from November 22 through December 22. The asking price for the clever hand-made student cards is a donation to the Art Center Fund.

Robin Kariam, director for the center, has also lined up some exciting and fun workshops for the holiday season. Ceramic Christmas tree ornaments with Julie Connell will be held on December 3rd for only $15. Robin will teach a glass ornament workshop on December 17th for only $20. Those interested in one or both of the workshops need to contact the Boulder City Recreation Department at 455-8200 or the ABC Art Center at 589-9609.

Robin would like to remind people that the Art Center is a great place to get together for fun activities all year round. Coming up are classes in glass fusion, ceramics, watercolor, wire wrapping, piano and guitar as well as classes for young students. They even have rooms for special birthday group activities.
