A Kid's View

4th of July
Well I am happy to be in Boulder City right now! I am on vacation seeing all my family. I have been here for about two weeks now, including the 4th of July!

I hope everyone had a great time at the parade. I was actually in this year's parade! I was riding with Appleby Arts.
I had some of my friends with me. They were: Kelsey, Amanda, and Amanda’s little brother Jessie. We had a little arch with ribbons and the big apple with a bee on top of it! I know for sure I had a great time.
The fireworks later were just great too! I was next to the Veteran’s Memorial Park sitting by the little fishing pond.

I was so happy to see all my old friends! I spent the night with one of my best friends named Tabby. I saw all of my other friends when I was with her. It was a great little reunion! When I spent the night, we did a whole bunch of fun things. We were playing on our Nintendo DSs. After a while we went out to eat at A & W. I made Tabby laugh so hard it took her a half an hour to eat her little hot dog! When we came home, we all jumped in the pool at night. We had a blast jumping in and messing around. When we got all dried up we went to our room and started taking pictures ‘till 1:00 a.m., then talked ‘till 3:00 a.m., then fell asleep. We were all so tired the next morning. At 12:00 p.m. my grandpa came by the house and picked me up, then we went home!
