Dance, Etc.
In 1998, I entered the enchanted doors of a little pink dance studio in Boulder City, NV, and I never wanted to leave. I was greeted by the unforgettable Amy Arnaz, and then introduced to a room of eager eyes ready to dance. Amy Arnaz created an amazing facility in Dance Etc. I am honored to be the person to uphold the traditions she has instilled and I am very excited to create new memories for our Boulder City dancers.

Dance not only increases flexibility and coordination skills, but enhances character in a child. A dancer finds with hard work, dedication, and discipline they can accomplish any desired dream they wish. Our spring performances are a sight to see. The smiles and confidence level of the children grows with every dance season. They feel the respect and admiration from the most important people in the whole world…their families. Our children need to feel the beauty of the world, and dance brings hope and discovery. Dance is a very intimate art; you use your heart, body, and soul to translate emotion, to tell a story, and to contribute a slice of light into the world. Just ask our audiences over the past 27 years.

After my dance education took me from the east coast to the west coast, I have been performing professionally for the last thirteen years. I have had the opportunity to travel, choreograph, and perform for many celebrities such as: Jay Leno, Sheena Easton, David Cassidy, Earth, Wind & Fire, and most recently the Commodores. The Las Vegas stages have been my home for the past ten years, and my choreography has stretched to many stages across the world. I feel very fortunate to have had all of the experiences life has presented me. That is why it is time to give back.

Teaching is the most gratifying performance I have ever encountered. I feel a reward every time I see a child struggle through the year, and then shine onstage with such confidence and grace. I feel our professional teaching staff at Dance Etc. is the best you will find anywhere, and we are all anxious to begin our new dance season August 7th, 2006. “Always dance from the heart.”
