Spotlight on Business
by Jim Ismert, Owner
Boulder City PostNet
The Boulder City PostNet store was opened on September 11th, 2003. I bought the business in April, 2004. Before purchasing the store, I worked in corporate business for 21 years in the Information Technology field. My background fits this type of business well. Our store has 4 networked computers and 3 networked printers. My staff at PostNet is well trained in handling all requests.
PostNet has established a niche business catering to many printing/copying/electronic communication needs in the Boulder City area since opening in September 2003. We are a business solutions store. We design monthly newsletters and postcards to meet various client needs. We also sell office supplies, greeting cards and legal forms. We recently added a Canon wide format printer, which prints high quality full color banners, signs, posters, magnetic materials, etc.
PostNet offers customers a wide array of shipping choices. We are the only Authorized Ship Center for all 3 major shipping companies, UPS, DHL and FedEx, and a Post Office site all in one store in Boulder City. We offer more options than just UPS. People who have accounts with UPS and similar companies can drop off packages here where they know it is secure for carrier pick-up.
If a person has a small business in their home and doesn’t want packages sitting on their front door, we offer a virtual address they can use for receiving their packages. This way the packages are secure until they have the opportunity to stop by the store for pickup. This is a great option for sales reps who travel a lot. We get to become their support staff.
Another trip to the office? What if someone at the office was willing to complete your project for you, with a smile? Customer satisfaction is number one at your local Boulder City PostNet. At PostNet, we strive to provide each of our customers with a friendly, business oriented environment. 1,000 color copies by 3 o’clock? No problem. A grandfather clock crated and shipped to Florida? No problem.
