Taking Pictures: If your image quality is poor, check your lens to make sure it is clean. Make sure your camera is set to auto focus and not manual focus. Adjust your camera to take higher resolution pictures. When the camera won’t take pictures, make sure you are not in preview mode, check your batteries and make sure your memory card is not full. Always reformat your memory cards in the camera after saving your photos to CD.
Technical Problems: If the camera won’t turn on or the LCD screen keeps turning off, remove the batteries and reinstall them. Also, make sure the batteries are charged and put in the correct way. Don’t use ordinary alkaline batteries because they won’t last; use rechargeable NiMH batteries. If your pictures are tinted green or blue, change your white balance (WB) to auto; sometimes it gets set to manual lighting. You can always set your camera to default settings.
